Project objectives and goals
A Lithuanian brick-and-mortar anabolic steroid business tasked us with significantly expanding their sales geography by entering the EU online market on a limited budget. Upon an initial audit of the client’s existing online store, which had virtually no ranking in Google, we decided to develop a new website to replace the current one. Another key objective was to maximize the share of sales conducted in cryptocurrency.
Project implementation in terms of development
A joint decision was made to undergo a complete rebranding, starting with naming, logo design, and a corporate identity in green and blue tones. Based on a turnkey solution, we developed a new online store in the shortest possible time, featuring highly SEO-adapted functionality and great growth potential. To drive upsells, we developed promotions, bonus programs, a section with steroid cycles for specific athletic goals, and a recommendation engine for complementary products. We implemented incentives for crypto payments across the site and integrated a third-party service for maximum convenience in cryptocurrency transactions.
Project implementation in terms of SEO
To ensure a fast start, we decided to promote the site on a drop domain, which we managed to acquire while the website was still under development. Initially, the store was available only in English, but over time, multilingual support was added, including French and Italian versions,each separately optimized and promoted for their respective countries. This approach allowed us to achieve maximum local SEO efficiency. We created a well-structured, comprehensive product catalog and sections for featured brands, maximizing the reach of commercial search queries. Subsequently, to expand the sales funnel, an information-based blog was added and optimized for informational queries. Due to the specifics of the niche, a regularly expanding private blog network (PBN) was created for thematic link building.


Results of promotion
Over 9 months of promotion, initial organic traffic increased 155 times, the number of impressions (semantic reach) increased 26.5 times, and sales grew by more than 60 times. These results incentivized further SEO investment in the current project and the launch of a second site in this niche to create a network of interconnected national projects targeting specific countries.
